Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Floral Design Portfolio?
The Floral Design Portfolio (FDP) is a full wedding floral design that is tailored to your vision, style, and wedding palette. It includes an inspiration board, floral color palette, pricing, and floral recipes for each element you need for your wedding; including your bridal bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, altar installments, reception arrangements, and additional options! We go above and beyond in this FDP to help your vision come to life while keeping pricing transparent and within your budget. We find that it helps our clients to know exactly what they are paying for.

Can I make changes after I sign my contract?
Though the bulk of your design work should be complete and agreed upon when you sign your contract, adding new elements to your current Design Proposal is easy. We can add elements for your day, as they are within the same palette and design scope of your original contract. These additions, when made, will be at current market pricing.

If you need to remove elements or cut down on the number of florals, you can do this as well, as long as the total contract price does not decrease by more than 15% and you are still within our contract minimum.

If major changes are being made that require a redesign of your colors, types of flowers, arrangements, etc, a redesign fee will be required and a revised contract will need to be signed at current market pricing.

Does my Floral Design Portfolio reflect the exact flowers I will have on my wedding day?
When we design your wedding, we are aiming for a floral palette and aesthetic based upon your vision for your day. Because of the nature of flower farming, sometimes what we need just isn't available to us when we need to purchase it. While we do our best to choose what is in season and what we believe will be available at the time of your initial design, we can't promise the exact recipe. What we can promise is to maintain your cost, palette, and vision to the best of our ability with the combination of flowers we purchase. Part of hiring your vendors is liking their work and trusting that no matter what the circumstance, they are going to do their best to take your desires and make your day one that you love.
